I have been coming to see Ingrid for a number of years with a chronic condition and have always been treated with honesty, and integrity and to me most important of all, kindness. I have never been promised miracles with my on going problem. There have been times when I have barely walked in feeling like nothing but a bag of pain and walked out much easier and that to me has been pretty miraculous.
For years I have suffered lower back pain together with pain going from my hip right down my leg and into my foot. Whilst I lived with this on a daily basis nights were quite untenable in that I was wakened by pain several times in the night and the luxury of a full night's rest was a dim and distant memory.
I tried various sources in an effort to gain pain relief - acupuncture, chiropractic, acupuncture with herbs, physiotherapy - all with no effect. Finally I visited Ingrid Mair at Lochthorn Clinic. By the second visit the problem had been accurately identified and after advice to wear an orthopaedic support and two sessions of sacro cranial therapy with remedial massage, the pain has diminished significantly which in turn allows me to enjoy more sleep than for a very long time. All in all a very satisfactory outcome.
